Content. Not Ads.

If you are a blogger, you want to express yourself and influence with compelling content, but in order to make money you need your readers to click on ads. To succeed with it, you have no choice but to use a manipulating scheme that works like this: Show ads (i.e. Google Adsense) that include keywords similar to the words used on your post, and make the block of ads looks like content by using the same font and color as your content and blend it as much as possible. Now, you increased the odds that your readers will click on ads intentionally or mistakenly. If you are a blogger trying to make money out of your blog, you know what I am talking about.

To make things worse if you base your income on ads, you don’t want your readers to leave your website so you stop linking outside at all, again, to increase chances that your readers will click on an ad (or watch more ads). By doing so you hurt your readers and actually break the model of the internet. Without good links there is no way to find good content.

We suggest the opposite. Concentrate on great content that will be valuable to your readers. Link and refer your readers to the products/services/businesses you are writing about, and get rewarded for the value you create.
